Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro Details

The Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro is an improved variant of the On5 Pro, the device makes its mark with a bigger screen, larger battery, and an enhanced primary camera. Although other features remain the same, people who are fond of bigger screen smartphones and are not willing to spend much might just like the Galaxy On7 Pro.
Introduction & Design
Samsung has launched its Galaxy On7 Pro, which is an upgraded version of the ongoing Galaxy On7. The device has plenty of improvements over Galaxy On7 such as processor, internal memory, RAM and other improvements in software department. The device has an all plastic build, with chrome garnish around the edge of the display. On the back, the device has a removable panel with  faux leather texture over it. The device measures 151.8 x 77.5 x 8.2mm and weighs a hefty 172 grams. The Galaxy On7 Pro is sold in Gold and Black.
Display & Camera
The Galaxy On7 Pro comes with a 5.5-inch HD display featuring TFT panel, unlike the other Samsung smartphones that feature AMOLED technology. Being a budget device, Samsung has compromised on display protection, the device does not come with Gorilla Glass protection in order to save cost, though it has a scratch-resistant display. The display delivers decent viewing angles. It is fairly readable under direct sunlight.
The imaging section is handled by a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, which features many photo modes such as beauty face, interval shot, panorama, etc. The camera can record videos up to full-HD resolution. The camera delivers the same performance as the camera on Galaxy On7 as there is no significant change in the camera hardware. The selfie department is handled by a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter, it can take 120° wide images to capture more area, the front-facing camera also features gesture shots and beatification modes. It can record videos up to full-HD resolution.
Software & Performance
The Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Samsung’s proprietary TouchWiz UI on top. The device features various modes to help you reduce the running cost and provide safety on roads such as Ultra Data Saving mode to help you save up to 50% on mobile data by restricting data usage and other techniques, another added feature is the S Bike mode which helps to reduce the risk of accident on road by acting like answering machine and letting the callers know that the person is driving. All these features make the Samsung Galaxy On7 Pro different from the other phones from Chinese manufacturers.
The Galaxy On7 Pro comes with an upgrade in the processing department with Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC, consisting of four Cortex-A53 cores clocked at 1.2GHz, coupled with Adreno 306 GPU to handle gaming. The upgraded chipset shows a performance bump in day to day usage, as well as in gaming section, by delivering smoother graphics. The device can handle multitasking with ease as there is 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM which is an upgrade over the 1.5GB of RAM on Galaxy On7. The internal storage has also been bumped to 16GB opposed to the 8GB on the Galaxy On7 . The internal storage can further be expanded to 128GB via microSD card. Overall the device delivers fast performance considering the price tag the device comes with.
Battery and Connectivity
The device is backed by a 3,000 mAh lithium-Ion battery. The ultra-efficient Snapdragon chipset and Samsung’s optimisation ensures longer battery backup.  The device can be up and running through an entire day with heavy usage.
